We are presently experiencing problems with supply of licorice pellets.  Please note that the licorice sticks are the same ingredients.  Many chefs purchasing from us prefer the sticks as they can shave from it the amount they require for their recipes.  We hope to have the pellets in stock soon.

After many months of being out of stock, last night we received a delivery of our famous and delicious LICORICE PINWHEELS.  They are available immediately online and will be at The Rocks Market from this weekend, Saturday and Sunday.  We are not trading on Friday markets, but are always available online. We will be at the Rocks Market each and every Saturday and Sunday but have decided NOT to trade on Australia Day this year, Tuesday, 26 January.
