At last we have stock of Dark Chocolate aniseed rings so order away!!

Unfortunately we will not be trading this long weekend at The Rocks Markets due to health concerns.  Ric has been in hospital all week and is only just home with doctors advice to spend the weekend resting.  Sorry to all of our loyal customers and hope to see you soon either at The Rocks or online which is available 24 hours a day.

We have reached maximum number of members for our trial loyalty programme and are looking for the next step.  Joining is restricted at the moment whilst we work on an alternative.  Rest assured that any loyalty points you have accrued are safe and will be transferred.

THEY ARE BACK.  The pellets are now produced in a smaller variety - named cachous. There are 4 flavours - all pure - natural drop, vanilla drop, aniseed drop, menthol drop. They are smaller in size than the pellets but do the same job. Sold in 13g containers for $4.00

We are presently experiencing problems with supply of licorice pellets.  Please note that the licorice sticks are the same ingredients.  Many chefs purchasing from us prefer the sticks as they can shave from it the amount they require for their recipes.  We hope to have the pellets in stock soon.
