Pfeffernusse Iced Spicy Gingerbread - Biscuits

Delicious iced spicy gingerbread- all the way from Hungary.

The name pepper nuts [pfeffernusse] was shaped in Germany in the Middle Ages when foreign seasonings with collective names "peppers" were marketed.  Since centuries, pepper nuts belonged to the most popular  tradition pastries of Germany.

Pastry product with sugar.   200g.

INGREDIENTS:  Sugar, wheat flour, polyfloral  honey (10%), glucose and fructose syrup, rye flour, egg yolk juice, raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate), apple pomace [apple, antioxidant: ascorbic acid], potato starch, wetting agent [sorbitol glycerine], honey cookie spice mix [spices, cinnamon, coriander, clove, ginger, anise, nutmeg; sugar], preservative [potassium sorbate], gelatine, stabiliser [potassium carbonate].
